You will need:
- Bamboes Dark Chocolate Pancakes Baking Mix
- 480ml Soya Milk
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil or Avocado Oil
- 500ml Sparkling Water (or regular water).
Whipped coconut cream and fresh berries.
Gluten Free Flour (Potato Starch, Soya Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Sago Flour and Tapioca Flour), Cornstarch, Sugar, Salt and Dark Chocolate Powder (dairy free).
Store in a cool, dry place.
- After 2 minutes, loosen the edges of the pancake with a spatula or wooden skewer completely before carefully turning over to cook on the other side.
